James Byatt
President
James is the head figure of the Society, and represents the Society at HKRU functions. He works closely with the HKRU Referee Department to ensure referee representation in games.
James joined the Society in 2010.
Dewi Rowlands
Vice President, Chairman of Coaching & Selection Group
Dewi represents the President and the Secretary in their absence. He also chairs the Coaching and Selection Group, responsible for the quality of refereeing coaches and performance reviewers.
Dewi joined the Society in 2003.

Francesco runs all Society admin outside of that designated to other members of Excom.

Stephen Copeman
Treasurer
Stephen oversees the accounts of the Society, and maintains a healthy P&L for the long-term development of referees in Hong Kong.

Memberships Secretary
Evans maintains membership welfare and manages communications, including this website and social media channels.

Tournaments Secretary
Allen liaises with overseas rugby and referee societies for opportunities on tournaments and exchanges.
