President
James is the head figure of the Society, and represents the Society at HKCR functions. He works closely with the HKCR Referee Department to ensure referee representation.

Evans Lam
Vice President
Evans represents the President and the Secretary in their absence. He also manages HKRRS social media and kit operations.

Secretary
Francesco runs all Society admin outside of that designated to other members of Excom.

Stephen Copeman
Treasurer
Stephen oversees the accounts of the Society, and maintains a healthy P&L for the long-term development of referees in Hong Kong.
Stephen joined the Society in 2014.
Allen Judge
Tournaments Secretary
Allen liaises with overseas rugby and referee societies for opportunities on tournaments and exchanges, as well as judiciary matters.
Allen joined the Society in 2016.
Calvin Au
Memberships Secretary
Calvin maintains membership administration and welfare, also manages HKRRS social media.

Mark looks after sponsorships and branding.
