James is the head figure of the Society, and represents the Society at HKCR functions. He works closely with the HKCR Referee Department to ensure referee representation.

Treasurer
Stephen oversees the accounts of the Society, and maintains a healthy P&L for the long-term development of referees in Hong Kong.

Michelle liaises with overseas rugby and referee societies for opportunities on tournaments and exchanges.

Calvin maintains membership administration and welfare, also manages HKRRS social media.
