World Rugby Level 1 Referee Course
The World Rugby Level 1 Referee Course is a foundation course designed to introduce basic refereeing skills for participants who wish to become a referee at Youth/Adult level. Minis coaches/referees please contact referee@hkrugby.com for relevant education opportunities.
On successful completion, the referee shall be able to: demonstrate the skills required to referee youth/adult contact rugby games, including an understanding of the Laws of the Game.
Pre-course Requirement (Valid certificates - completed within the last 12 months. Upload is required during application)
