The society is using a new appointments system to coordinate league fixtures for this year. The aim of this is to make the process more efficient and cut down on the number of emails that the referee manager has to deal with by automating part of this process. When appointments are made the system will automatically email referees and you will need to confirm your games. It can also be synced with various calendars for you to keep track of your games.
There will be more information about the system coming out to you, but the first step is to get ALL active referees into the system with updated contact information and availability for the upcoming season. You have been sent this email because you are considered an active referee by the society for the upcoming 2012/13 season.
We need all society members to be active in the system and have updated their availability as soon as possible. For PREM referees this needs to be completed by 9am, Monday morning (24th September). For all other members, please complete the instructions by Sunday, 30th September. You will be able to change your availability as your calendars change. If you wish to update your availability for longer you may do so.
NOTE: The system considers you as unavailable until you change your availability.
You will be receiving an email from our appointments system Assignr. This email may go to your junk folder. This email will be sent out on the same day you receive this email.
Step 1. You will receive an email from the appointments system Assignr into the email(s) that you have. You should click on the link.
